  • What size should I order?​

Our t-shirts are 100% cotton (180 GSM)

  • Are your shirts unisex?

Yes, our t-shirts are manufactured with everyone in mind. We want everyone to wear our t-shirts, so we make them for everyone.

Design & Customization

Are your designs original?

Yes, all of the designs we sell are original designs created by us.

  • Can I request a custom design?

Unfortunately, at the moment we do not offer custom-designed shirts.

Do the colors on screen match the colors of the actual shirt?

Yes, we have taken great care to make sure that the actual color that you see on our website will match the actual color of your shirt.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Depending on where you live your shirt will arrive within 7-10 business days.

Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately, at the moment we do not offer international shipping.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is processed and sent, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Shortly afterwards, after your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

If you receive your shirt damaged or incorrect, size, style or color you are eligible for either an exchange or a full refund within 1 week of delivery. Please read below for refund scenarios as they apply to you: 

Unopened: If you receive your shirt but have changed your mind and have not opened the package you may return it for a full refund.

Opened: If you receive your shirt and it is damaged, or is not correct, size, style or color that you ordered, you are eligible to receive a replacement shirt or a full refund. We will send you a pre-paid label for postage and it must be sent back within 1 week of you receiving it.

Note: Shirts that are returned and appear to have been worn (stains, etc.) will be deemed ineligible for a return, no exceptions. We recommend taking a photo of the shirt and sending it to us with your refund/exchange request.

Care Instructions

• How do I wash and care for my t-shirt?

To keep your shirt looking beautiful and long-lasting we recommend following the steps below:

Hand-wash: We strongly recommend hand-washing your shirt to maintain it's color and vibrancy. Here is a video explaining the process.

Washing Machine: If you prefer to wash your shirts in a washing machine we strongly recommend cold water washes. Hot water will likely result in accelerated fading and damage the design quicker over time. 

• Will the print fade or crack over time?

All printed t-shirts crack and fade over time. How you take care of your shirt will likely determine it's lifespan. 

Order Issues

I didn’t receive my order—what do I do?

Please take great care to make sure the delivery address you would like your shirt sent to is in fact the correct address. Shirts that have been tracked as "delivered" to the address supplied by you to our shipping service are not eligible for either an exchange nor a refund.

 

In the cases where the delivery of an order has not been confirmed as delivered within 1 month of being shipped are eligible for either a full refund or we will resend your order at no cost to you. 

I entered the wrong shipping address—can I change it?

Once an order has been processed and shipped we cannot change the delivery address nor stop the shipment. Should you need to make any changes, we encourage you to contact the shipping company.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You are free to cancel or change your order before it has been processed and shipped. Please contact us with any changes you would like to make.

 

Please note: To offer this benefit to our customers we can currently only allow 1 change per order. This is necessary to eliminate waste and possible fraud
